Exchanges of Personal Data After the Schrems II Judgment

We have now completed our work for the European Parliament on transatlantic data flows following the EU Court of Justice’s Schrems II judgment, presenting our study in a hearing last week of the Civil Liberties committee. Let’s see if the European Commission, currently negotiating a new data flow agreement with the US government, is listening!
